This week Mrs Bradley and I are recognising the behaviour of Bobby and Tobias. Both of these boys have been fantastic role models all week. Well done to you both.
Note from teacher: Mrs Fitzgerald has asked me to kindly request £1 donations from parents to go towards the children’s smoothie making in D.T. (To be donated prior to 14th November) Rather than parents donating fruit she felt it would be easier if parents donated £1 so she can purchase a wide selection. (If parents want to donate additional fruit on the day (Thursday 14th) I’m sure this would also be much appreciated.
Next week I will be sending home children’s lines for the Christmas performance. We have assigned the children’s roles and have ensured they all have a part, whether that is singing, dancing or speaking. If your child does have lines please encourage them to speak in a loud voice.
Finally, thank you for all those who completed the half-term reading comprehension; it really is important they start to practise reading questions. I will send home another in a couple of weeks. Times Tables Rockstars also continues to be a success; with children using both the app and the website.
In class this week we have been remembering fallen heroes for. For our remembrance assembly on Friday we created a poppy field.
