We have had a brilliant last week of the half term in year 1.
In English we have been working very hard to plan and write our own fairy tales. Everyone has done such a brilliant job!
In Maths we have been looking at 2D and 3D shapes. We played lots of fun shape games to help solidify our knowledge on the properties of different shapes.
We had lots of fun in our Art lesson where we created self portraits inspired by the work of Frida Kahlo. We can’t wait to put them up on display!
I hope everyone has a nice restful half term break and I can’t wait to see you all back for our final half term of year 1!
