This week year 3 have been looking at the like of Katherine Johnson; a mathematical engineer, whose work for NASA was crucial in the early spaceflights. Her remarkable life was later turned into a film and we have dedicated out Autumn term display board to her.
We have also been fortunate, this term, to have a music teacher from Bushey Meads come in and teach us once a week. This week we began playing the recorders – making different sounds such as birds, rain and the wind.
