We have had a busy outdoors learning week, what with all the out door learning we have done. A quick saunter down to the nature reserve to gain inspiration for our nature poems.
I wandered through the lonely wood,
I see the berries, the colour of midnight purple
And there on the crevice I stood,
Like on the rotten shell of a turtle.
I hear the buzz of the bright shine, colour of the bees
Amongst all those magical mossy trees.

We have also tried dividing up the playground, or at least dividing on it.
In history we have learned about Greek Theatre, and created some masks for a chorus.
It has been a very busy week, but I think everybody enjoyed it.
No Spelling this week as our Spelling tests will be a blind test using any spelling word from the previous week. Home Work is due for the 1st Wednesday back after Half Term.
Maths: In Maths to day we found some interesting facts about Prime Numbers. Like if you add the digits of a prime number together and then add the sum of those digits together you may find another Prime. What interesting things can you discover?
English: We have been writing spooky stories so write a story of no less than 5 paragraphs that start with this line:
The moon was waning that night, it’s silver beam froze me to the bone.
And ends with this one.
But the sound was unbearable.
