Hope you have had a lovely week. We certainly have.
We have been looking at writing newspaper reports.
Here is an extract from Zoe’s report:
Child is left dangling in the dark on sabotaged Ferris Wheel.
Mr. Thurston, owner of Thurston’s fair said:
“Never in my forty years in the fair have I had a breakdown. A big surprise for me and me daughter Rachel.” Mr Thurston refused to say more.
Fantastic stuff reads as if written by a real journalist.
We have also tested the aerodynamics of paper planes. An experiment enjoyed by all. Although we found that scrunched up pieces of paper flew generally better than our planes. Have we discovered the future of air travel?
