"Valuing Potential, Creating Opportunities"

Friday 18th June

The weather may have changed its mind a lot this week, but our endeavours never alter in Year 6! Our morning topic this week was space, and we had a great time learning about the solar system, creating our own planets and writing some non-chronological reports about them this week! We were also busy learning to say where people are in French, sewing our pencil cases in DT and were lucky enough to visit Bentley Priory Museum on Thursday, learning all about Sir Hugh Dowding and the work of the WAAF during the Battle of Britain:

Next week we’re starting a brand new topic in the mornings all about gaming! We’re also working on our silent movies in computing, cracking on with PE with Mr Harris and hopefully returning to the world of ukulele with Miss Fort. Another great week no doubt!

Have a lovely weekend and we will see you all next week 🙂
