Hello!
It’s been another great week in Year 6! In maths we have been learning about square numbers, prime numbers and prime factors, which resulted in some fabulous factor trees! In PE we had a great afternoon of orienteering with Mr Harris, in music we worked on various ukulele chords with Miss Fort and in literacy we published our mysterious story starters, as you can see here:
Next week we will be starting a new literacy unit all about science fiction stories, and a new maths unit about calculation. We’ll push on with our speaking and listening in French with Miss Abeledo, the Second World War in history with Mrs Suji and don’t forget it’s school council and house captain election week, so get your speeches uploaded to Google Classroom ASAP!
